3. surface finished: hardness anodizing black, electro-polishing, nickel plating, silver plating, golden plating,black oxide,sandblasting,teflon etc.
4. main equipment: machining center, cnc, lathe, turning machine, milling machine, drilling machine, internal and external grinding machine.cylindrical grinding machine, tapping drilling machine,laser machine etc.
5. testing facility: coordinate measuring machine, roughness tester, hardness tester, film
thickness gauge etc.
6. part size: 1mm to 600mm.
7. tolerance: metal +/-0.01mm,plastic +/-0.02mm.
8. lead time: sample 5days,normally 15days for mass production(according to the order).
